The Obamas Are Paying Their Own White House Renovation Expenses

The Obamas are personally paying the expenses of re-decorating the White House out-of-pocket. They are not using any of the $100,000 in taxpayer dollars which are allocated to new presidents for White House renovations. Can you imagine George W. Bush personally paying for his family's White House re-decorating expenses? Unthinkable. It would never happen. And, what about the current Republican leader, Rush Limbaugh, storming furiously out of New York to avoid paying New York State income taxes? Where did Conservatives ever get the idea that they were good Americans? Another Right-Wing Hallucination.
